Terms of Service
Accounts, browser access, subscriptions and service responsibilities.
Effective and last updated November 3, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern the CloudBrowser.tv website, Console, API and CLI (the “Service”), operated under the CloudBrowser.tv name in the United States (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms for it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Questions and legal notices: [email protected].
2. Your account and access
Provide accurate account information and protect your account, API keys and connection links. You are responsible for activity you authorize, including actions taken by your agents and collaborators. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. A verified email is required for web registration. You must have permission to access the websites, accounts and data you use through the Service.
3. Browser state and sharing
A saved browser profile may contain cookies, login sessions, local storage and other sensitive content. Forking a paused browser copies its saved profile, including available login state. CDP links provide full browser control. Live View links provide the permissions selected by the owner and require the recipient to sign in and accept access. Share only with trusted people and tools; you remain responsible for your sharing choices. Revocation ends service access but cannot recover information someone already copied. Pause stops running compute; resume restarts processes and does not guarantee in-memory state or continued third-party login validity.
4. Plans, usage and payment
Current prices and limits appear on Pricing and in your account. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes may be added. Free includes one browser-hour per UTC calendar month and one running browser. When the allowance is exhausted, browsers are automatically paused and new compute is blocked until an upgrade or the next reset. A restored allowance does not automatically resume browsers.
Paid subscriptions renew each billing period until canceled. Basic is $20/month with 250 included browser-hours and $0.08/hour overage; Pro is $99/month with 1,250 hours and $0.06/hour overage. Runtime across browsers is aggregated. Paid overage is billed separately; it is not a hard spending cap. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated charges and included hours, preserving unused allowance. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the next billing period. Usage is charged at the plan rate applicable when incurred, with the period total rounded to cents. You authorize Stripe to process subscription and usage charges. Payment failure can block compute.
5. Cancellation and billing questions
Manage or cancel your subscription through the Console’s billing controls. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals after the current period; charges already incurred, including unbilled overage, remain payable. For billing errors or refund requests, contact [email protected] with the relevant invoice details. We review requests individually; refunds required by applicable law remain available. Do not include card details or browser credentials in email.
6. Your content and our service
You retain your rights in content you put into the Service. You authorize us and our service providers to host, process, transmit and copy that content as needed to operate the Service and carry out your instructions, including persistence, previews and forks. You must have the rights and permissions needed for that processing. We retain our rights in the Service software, branding and documentation. Third-party websites, agent tools and services have their own terms and policies; availability of a connection method does not imply an official integration or endorsement.
7. Availability and retention
The Service is evolving and may have outages, interruptions or errors. No uptime guarantee or service credit applies unless separately agreed in writing. Keep independent copies of important data. Pausing is not deletion or an archival guarantee. Browser storage allowances and retention periods are not yet fixed; do not rely on indefinite storage. Browser deletion removes access and requests removal of the underlying runtime; related operational, security, billing and backup records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Cancel paid subscriptions and delete browsers you no longer need. We may restrict or suspend access for nonpayment, violations of these terms, security risks or legal requirements. Where practical and lawful, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. Suspension or closure does not waive amounts already owed or rights required by law.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that automation will produce a particular result or that external websites will keep sessions valid. You are responsible for reviewing agent actions and maintaining appropriate backups and access controls. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and applicable law
We will publish revised terms with an updated date and give reasonable notice of material changes through the Service or your account email before they take effect, except where urgent security or legal reasons require otherwise. Applicable United States law governs to the extent permitted by law, without removing mandatory protections available where you live. These terms do not require arbitration or waive statutory consumer rights. Contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve questions or disputes.
