CLOUDBROWSER DOCUMENTATION

Your first cloud browser

Create a home for your agent. Connect your tools. Keep your place.

Private preview. REST endpoints run at cloudbrowser.tv/api/v1 against real Sandbox0 Chrome. Use your workspace API key. Console sign-in is available to invited accounts. Stripe and Go CLI releases are not available; CLI examples remain a proposed interface.

01. Create a browser

Authenticate with your workspace API key. Create a named browser, then wait for the browser to reach running. The CLI’s --wait polls the operation for you.

GO CLI · PROPOSED
export CLOUDBROWSER_API_KEY="YOUR_API_KEY"
cloudbrowser create --name research --wait --output json

02. Get a scoped connection

Create a one-hour CDP grant for this browser. A separate grant is required for Live View. Never put a workspace API key in a CDP URL.

GO CLI · PROPOSED
cloudbrowser connect br_123 --audience cdp --ttl 1h --output json

03. Bring your agent

Set CDP_URL from the issued connection response, then attach to the existing Chrome.

TERMINAL
playwright-cli -s=research attach --cdp="$CDP_URL"
playwright-cli -s=research snapshot

# Or use agent-browser
agent-browser --session research --cdp="$CDP_URL" snapshot -i

04. Pick up later

Disconnect your tool and pause the browser to stop using running hours. Your profile remains. Resume requires a fresh connection grant.

GO CLI · PROPOSED
playwright-cli -s=research detach
cloudbrowser pause br_123 --wait

# When you return
cloudbrowser resume br_123 --wait
cloudbrowser connect br_123 --ttl 1h --output json
