THE DETAILS

Good questions.

What is a browser-hour?

One browser running for one hour. Parallel browser time adds up. Disconnecting CDP or closing the viewer does not pause a browser. Runtime is measured in seconds and displayed as hours.

What happens when I pause?

Running compute stops. Your browser profile remains. Ordinary resume restarts Chrome; in-memory page state is not guaranteed. Storage allowances and retention terms are still being designed.

Can I run more than 100 browsers?

Pro includes 100 concurrently running browsers. You can request a higher concurrency limit at no extra fee. Additional runtime is still billed at the Pro overage rate.

What happens when Free runs out?

Running browsers pause automatically after your free hour is used. Upgrade or wait for the next UTC calendar month to resume. Free has no overage charges.

Does this include the AI model?

Your agent or automation tool supplies the reasoning. These plans cover the cloud browser. Model-provider usage is separate.

Paid plans renew monthly. Upgrades are prorated and take effect after payment. Downgrades take effect next period. Additional runtime is billed separately after the period ends.
