Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for safe and authorized browser automation and sharing.
Effective and last updated November 3, 2026
1. Use with permission
Use CloudBrowser.tv only for lawful activity and with authorization for the accounts, systems and data involved. These rules apply to you, your agents, scripts and people you authorize. Follow applicable law and the terms governing third-party services you access.
2. Prohibited activity
- Unauthorized access, credential theft, phishing, account takeover or distribution of stolen credentials or private data.
- Malware, ransomware, destructive activity, denial-of-service attacks, botnets or unauthorized exploitation or scanning of systems.
- Fraud, payment abuse, scams, impersonation, spam, harassment, exploitation of children or other unlawful content or activity.
- Bypassing access controls, usage limits, billing, suspension or isolation boundaries, including creating accounts to evade Free plan limits.
- Interfering with other users, attacking the Service or its providers, or consuming resources in a way that threatens service stability.
- Using browser sharing or forks to distribute accounts, sessions or data without the required rights, or violating applicable sanctions and export restrictions.
3. Protect sensitive data
Keep API keys and CDP or Live View secrets private. Do not publish connection URLs or put them in public issue reports. Use the narrowest permissions necessary, review agent actions and revoke access when no longer needed. Do not use the Service for data requiring contractual or regulatory safeguards we have not agreed to provide.
4. Enforcement and reports
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict links, browsers or accounts where needed to protect users, providers or comply with law. Where practical and lawful, we will notify the account holder and allow the issue to be resolved. Report abuse, security concerns or an enforcement appeal to [email protected]. Include resource identifiers and a description, but do not send browser passwords, session cookies or connection secrets.
