Cookie Policy
Authentication cookies, interface preferences and website analytics.
Effective and last updated November 3, 2026
1. Essential cookies
CloudBrowser.tv uses secure, HttpOnly cookies for account sessions, sign-in transactions, pending share acceptance and isolated viewer sessions. Auth0 also uses cookies on its sign-in domain. Account sessions have a one-hour idle timeout and a 24-hour absolute lifetime; pending share acceptance lasts up to ten minutes. Viewer tickets and sessions are short lived and checked separately. Blocking essential cookies can prevent login and viewing from working.
2. Local preferences and demo storage
The Console stores interface preferences such as sidebar collapse on your device. Demo mode may store fictional browser records locally; those are separate from real backend browsers. Real API keys and connection credentials are not stored in front-end localStorage. Preferences remain until replaced or cleared through your browser settings.
3. Google Analytics
On selected public pages, we use GA4 (measurement ID G-8X25KKXVL7) to understand visits and conversion. GA4 may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_8X25KKXVL7 to distinguish visits. Google’s default GA4 cookie expiration is two years and may be renewed on activity. We disable Google Signals, advertising personalization and automatic enhanced measurement. We send canonical public page paths, origin-only referrers and limited registration outcome events, without account identities, query strings, fragments, private browser paths or browser content. The analytics tag is not loaded for a direct visit to a legal page, and page-view collection is disabled when navigating here.
4. Your controls
You can block or delete cookies and clear local site storage in your browser. You can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Clearing cookies does not delete your hosted browsers or cancel a subscription. This website currently does not provide an on-site analytics consent selector. For questions about cookies, data processing or your privacy choices, contact [email protected] and see the Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies inside your cloud browser
Websites opened inside a cloud browser set their own cookies in its remote Chrome profile. Those cookies may persist across pause/resume and be inherited by a fork. Their notices and controls are separate from this website’s cookies. Manage them within the remote browser or delete the browser when it is no longer needed.
